Cookie Policy
Which cookies and similar technologies messagespring.com uses, and how you can control them.
Last updated 2 October 2026 · Operated by MessageSpring Co., Ltd.
2. Our approach
We keep this site light. messagespring.com does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The only technologies we use are the ones needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
3. What we use
- Security and bot protection (strictly necessary): when you use the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or use similar technologies to tell people apart from automated scripts and stop spam.
- Infrastructure (strictly necessary): our hosting and content delivery providers may set short-lived cookies to route requests, balance load and protect the site from attacks.
- Fonts (no cookies): the site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to download them, which shares your IP address with Google, but Google Fonts does not set cookies.
Videos and images on this site are served by us, not embedded from social networks. Links to our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages are ordinary links: those sites set their own cookies only after you choose to visit them, under their own policies.
4. Consent and your choices
Strictly necessary technologies do not need your consent under Thailand's PDPA or the EU and UK rules, because the site cannot work securely without them. If we ever add optional cookies, such as analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block the cookies used by the bot check, the contact form may not work, but you can still reach us by email.
5. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever we change the technologies the site uses. The date at the top shows the latest version.
